Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Post-dispatch, cancellations are not accepted. For custom orders, cancellation is not allowed after production has started. If your order has not been dispatched or custom processed, we will cancel and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Refunds may be partial if product condition differs from original delivery.
